Our terracotta ware is crafted in a family-owned pottery with over 200 years of history.

•Prior to first use, all pieces must be washed by hand in hot soapy water, well rinsed and allowed to air dry. To maintain the integrity of the pieces (i.e., colour, glaze), dishwasher use is not recommended.

•All our pieces are handmade and hand-painted. Some marks in the glaze are natural and expected, as is some crazing. This will not affect the use or durability of the pieces.

•All patterns are painted by hand. Please expect differences in the patterns between shipments.

•The base of jugs, pitchers and mugs may initially sweat. This is normal, and will decrease over time and with continued use. Please protect delicate surfaces that may be affected by water marks. If using a pitcher or jug as a vase, please protect delicate surfaces and change water daily. Jugs and pitchers are shipped with a dual-language product info card inside with this information.

•Please note, we do not warranty our dish ware for commercial use.

•Vases are treated with a hydrophobic solution to make them more water resistant. However, we recommend protecting delicate surfaces.

•For long-term storage, please ensure the pieces are completely dry before putting them away. In this case, we recommend storing pieces upside-down in a well-ventilated area.

•All product is shipped with a Casa Cubista brand sticker unless otherwise stipulated.

•When ordering, please adhere to minimums by colour.
